WELCOME back, and we’re in the final week of your Herbalife Nutrition 21 Day Challenge with Samantha Clayton. To kick off your final week it’s your last Cardio workout. There’s a slight change to the videos this week. It’s going to be stepping up a notch. Those following the beginner routine now have an intermediate cardio session for this final week. Those following the Fit to Fitter programme, your final week has you following James’s intense Cardio burn. James incorporates some dumbbells into his routine, if you feel you can, go for it!

Today, Samantha and her team take you through a functional warm up to activate your muscles and get them ready for the cardio session. Samantha Clayton then guides you through her intermediate cardio workout to help you get your heart rate up and start burning those calories.
